Warranty & Return

Note: Alarm4You assumes no responsibility for duties, taxes, lost or damaged product during shipment.  All freight claims are to be made by the buyer in accordance with the carriers damaged or lost package policies. 

*Warranty Limited Lifetime (Black Widow)

**Warranty 2yr Limited (Delta / Panther/ Galaxy/ Astra)

Warranty from the date of purchase, Refund from time of receipt of shipment

Refunds:  Only on product not as described within 14 days of package delivery and only on NON-INSTALLED original condition product.  Refunds if given will only be for the parts cost and will not include any customs, duties, or shipping and handling charges to or from buyer.  It is the Buyers responsibility to determine if these items meet their need prior to purchase and prior to installation.  All units returned after the 30 days uninstalled and in original condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  All units returned after the 60 days uninstalled and in original condition will be charged a 50% restocking fee.  Refunds if given will only be for the parts cost and will not include any customs, duties, or shipping and handling charges.  All items sent for refund that have been attempted to be installed or have been installed or used in any way  per Alarm4You discretion will NOT be refunded.  All items will be covered under the Limited Lifetime warranty* or 2yr Limited warranty** for repairs or replacement of components or parts per the discretion of Alarm4You and or the manufacturer.  Repair shipping from Alarm4You to the buyer will be paid in full by the Buyer.
